Caravel Autism Health in Appleton, WI is hiring Behavior Technicians. No prior experience required; paid training provided. You will use ABA techniques to help children develop communication and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule (8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; some Saturdays for make-up sessions), with benefits including 401(k) with company match, PTO, health insurance options, and opportunities to become an RBT through paid training.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Centers open Saturdays for make-up sessions).
• Must be 18 years or older and obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Play and engage with young learners while implementing targeted ABA goals.
• Document progress and support development of essential daily living skills.
• Help facilitate communication and independence in daily activities.
