Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Kimberly, WI seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to support children with autism through ABA-based sessions. You will implement individualized goals, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team in a 1:1 setting.

Paid training will help you obtain RBT certification, with advancement opportunities and a supportive work environment. Full-time schedule, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; Saturdays may occur for make-up sessions.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; centers may open Saturdays for make-up sessions.
• Must be 18 years or older and obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
