Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum through ABA-based, 1:1 sessions. You will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and contribute to meaningful, daily progress in a supportive team environment.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays for make-up sessions. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, 1:1 client sessions following ABA targets.
• Document progress and update treatment plans as directed.

• Ensure a positive, supportive, and safe environment for children.
