Caravel Autism Health seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will apply ABA techniques in 1:1 sessions, support skill development, and document progress to help children on the autism spectrum.

No prior behavioral health experience is required, and we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with ongoing professional development and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 8:00–18:00, Mon–Fri.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18+ and obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA-based sessions using client treatment plans.
• Document progress and client skill development.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to support goals.
