Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver's license with ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field OR customer service/industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift/carry 25–50 lbs up to 75 lbs.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Provide value with a consultative sales approach.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads and referrals.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Perform local sales calls and travel to customer sites in a company vehicle.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
