Fastenal Co. is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for the Logansport, IN branch to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth through a consultative approach to inventory management solutions.

You will develop new partnerships, service B2B accounts, and grow existing client bases while coordinating resources to meet customer needs. Onboarding and performance goals may enable flexible scheduling after ramp-up.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license
• Enrolled in or have degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field or have customer service experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and customer service orientation
• Highly motivated, self-directed and organized
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning
• Demonstrate ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift/carry 25–50 lbs up to 75 lbs and pass drug screen where required

• Developing new and growing existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs
• Performing local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
