This role includes training through Fastenal School of Business, with opportunities for flexible scheduling after onboarding and performance milestones. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, communicative, and team-oriented.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license allowing use of a company vehicle.
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field OR equivalent customer service or industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong aptitude for sales and customer service orientation.
• Demonstrate strong math, organization, prioritizing, problem solving skills.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam).

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.

• Develop new relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Perform local sales calls and travel to customer sites in a company vehicle.
