Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Degree in business-related field OR customer service/industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Aptitude for sales and customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated, organized and proactive.
• Strong math ability, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Strong planning and prioritizing abilities; effective time management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to company values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs)
• Pass drug screen where required.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Contribute to branch success by performing other duties as needed.
