Parkway Ford is seeking a reliable Service Dispatcher / Billing Clerk to support daily operations in the Service Department. The role ensures accurate and timely service billing and invoicing while coordinating with technicians, advisors, and parts staff.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, organized record-keeping, and proficiency with a dealership management system (DMS). This is a full-time daytime role with opportunities to grow within the service team.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership or service department experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with billing and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using DMS and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on availability, skill level, and workload.
• Review, prepare, and process service repair orders for billing.
• Verify labor times, parts charges, and documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure repair orders are properly completed, invoiced, and closed.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management.
• Maintain accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS).
