Parkway Ford is seeking a reliable Service Dispatcher / Billing Clerk to support daily operations in the Service Department. You will dispatch repair orders, verify times and parts charges, and ensure invoices are accurate and complete.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership or service department experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with billing and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable using DMS and standard computer applications.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on availability and workload.
• Review, prepare, and process service repair orders for billing.
• Verify labor times, parts charges, and documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure repair orders are invoiced, closed, and properly documented.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management.
• Maintain accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS).
