• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Communicates company strategy and models core values to create teamwork.
• Monitors competitive environment and suggests adjustments to maintain position.
• Provides product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel and communicates information to the team.
• Ensures adherence to inventory, cash control, and product handling procedures.
