Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identifies training opportunities to improve performance.
• Models company core values and fosters teamwork.
• Monitors competitive environment and advises on adjustments.
• Provides product feedback and recommends items to carry or discontinue.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensures adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash policies.
• Resolves store operational customer concerns in leader's absence.
• Maintains store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Maintains stock levels and proper product ordering.
• Merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Ensures product quality and signage accuracy.
• Manages payroll, shrink, and training outputs for staff.
