Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate responsibilities and expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Monitor store operations and maintain cleanliness and signage.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and payroll/loss budgeting tasks.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and cash-handling policies.
• Escalate issues and supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure customer service standards.
