Responsibilities

• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with store manager.
• Lead, develop, and supervise store personnel to achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Assist in action plans to improve operating results and training.
• Prepare and manage weekly schedules per store procedures.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards per planograms.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS usage, and loss prevention practices.
