Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.
• Familiarity with skilled nursing facility admissions and regulations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate admissions from inquiry through resident admission.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners.
• Respond to inquiries, manage referrals, and follow up with prospects.
• Conduct facility tours and share information about services.
• Coordinate with nursing, social services, and other departments for a seamless process.
• Assist with insurance verification and admission documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure paperwork compliance.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and referral sources with strong customer service.
