Full-Time | $22.00–$24.00 per hour

Make a difference from the very first hello! Golden Sonora Care Center is looking for a personable, organized, and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team. In this important role, you'll help individuals and families navigate the transition into our community, serving as a welcoming first point of contact and ensuring every new resident has a positive admissions experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident admission.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners.
• Respond to inquiries, manage referrals, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct facility tours and share information about our services, care offerings, and community.
• Coordinate with nursing, social services, business office, and other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.
• Assist with insurance verification, authorization requirements, and admission documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure admissions paperwork is completed in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community referral sources while delivering exceptional customer service.
