Job summary

Goldwater Care is seeking an Admissions Liaison to be the first point of contact for prospective residents, families, and referral sources. You will guide inquiry, intake, and admission while coordinating with hospitals and facilities regarding requirements and placement.

You will gather and verify essential demographic, financial, medical, and referral information to support accurate, timely admissions and ensure confidentiality and professional service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective residents, families, and referral sources throughout inquiry to admission.
• Conduct bedside assessments and referrals with healthcare professionals to evaluate admission appropriateness.
• Gather and verify demographic, financial, medical, and referral information for accurate admissions.
• Coordinate and facilitate the admission process with residents, families, and facility staff.
