Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective residents, families, and partners throughout inquiry to admission.

• Gather and verify demographic, financial, medical, and referral information for admissions.
• Coordinate admission process and communicate requirements and placement with staff and families.
