Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 in our clinic, following master clinician plans and ABA principles.

You will engage families with progress updates, participate in ongoing ABA training, and work within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team in a supportive environment. Full-time role in Colorado Springs with training provided for RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification within 6 weeks (training provided).
• Preference for Child Development, Psychology or related field degrees.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic.
• Follow intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Update families on child progress within ABA framework.
• Participate in ongoing training for ABA therapy and RBT certification.
