Soar Autism Center in Lone Tree, CO, is hiring a Behavior Technician/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for young children. You will implement clinician-designed plans, monitor progress, and communicate with families to support each child’s development.

The role requires pursuing or completing an RBT certification within 6 weeks, with paid training provided. A reliable transportation and teamwork are essential in this clinic-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation).
• RBT certification must be obtained within first 6 weeks of employment (training provided).
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high professional standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligned with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families and regularly update them on child progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
