Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado is hiring a Behavior Therapist or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 in our clinic, following ESDM principles. You will implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, collaborate with families, and pursue RBT certification with paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (as verified by resume or BACB attestation for RBT).
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program (Child Development/Psychology preferred).
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (training provided).
• Experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center.
• Must meet physical requirements and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer and tablet literacy
