Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring a Behavior Therapist or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our clinic. You will implement plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, and work closely with families to track progress within the ABA framework.

We offer paid RBT training, comprehensive health benefits, student loan repayment, and tuition reimbursement. A minimum 30 hours per week is guaranteed for full-time staff, with opportunities for raises and promotions regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (verified via resume/application/BACB attestation for RBT)
• RBT certification in progress or attainment; training provided by Soar
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center
• Ability to work well in a team and with children
• Physical requirements: sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs., move quickly and be on floor as needed
• Computer and tablet literacy required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in the clinic
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress
• Participate in ongoing training and development in ABA therapy and RBT certification
