Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer II for a top medical technology client in Marlborough, MA. The role focuses on full-stack development using React, TypeScript, C#/.NET and MSSQL, contributing across the SDLC and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include design, development, testing, code reviews, and preparing releases for a digital diagnostics platform.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
2–4+ years of full-stack software engineering.
Strong React and TypeScript experience.
Strong C#/.NET experience.
MSSQL experience.
Experience with SDLC and code reviews.
Familiar with Visual Studio, GitHub, and JIRA.
On-site in Marlborough, MA 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, modify, and implement software applications
Support and install software applications and operating systems
Participate in software testing activities, including test reviews and analysis
Assist with software certifications and release activities
Develop and maintain full-stack applications
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback
Debug and resolve software issues
Support upcoming software releases for the Bladder AI Genius Digital Diagnostics product
Contribute to project planning and implementation activities
Work under general supervision while managing assigned development tasks
