Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer II for a top medical technology client in Marlborough, MA. The role focuses on full-stack development using React, TypeScript, C#/.NET and MSSQL, contributing across the SDLC and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include design, development, testing, code reviews, and preparing releases for a digital diagnostics platform.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years of full-stack software engineering.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience.
• Strong C#/.NET experience.
• MSSQL experience.
• Experience with SDLC and code reviews.
• Familiar with Visual Studio, GitHub, and JIRA.
• On-site in Marlborough, MA 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and implement software applications
• Support and install software applications and operating systems
• Participate in software testing activities, including test reviews and analysis
• Assist with software certifications and release activities
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback
• Debug and resolve software issues
• Support upcoming software releases for the Bladder AI Genius Digital Diagnostics product
• Contribute to project planning and implementation activities
• Work under general supervision while managing assigned development tasks
