Qualifications

• 18+ months in financial institution with cash handling and proactive sales; 6 months of consumer loan processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication; detail-oriented; team player.

Responsabilités

• Open new accounts and explain products; gather customer information to process accounts.
• Actively cross-sell and track referrals to meet sales goals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and conduct customer contact strategy calls.
• Process customer transactions; verify cash and receipts.
• Adhere to scheduling and bank policies; maintain security procedures.
• Provide back-up support to branch staff as needed.
