• Minimum 12 months of demonstrated experience processing consumer loans; supervisory experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; attention to detail; team player with strong interpersonal skills; quick learner and able to multi-task; exceptional customer service; strong organizational skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of banking transactions for customers and process referrals to develop new business
• Supervise in the Branch Manager's absence and support loan goals including Masterlines, auto loans, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• Provide high-quality customer service, assess customer needs, facilitate new account openings, and promote self-service banking options
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve banking and sales goals
