Role Description

The Universal Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in Durham, NC, responsible for delivering a wide range of branch banking services. Daily tasks include assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions, accurately handling cash, and responding to account inquiries. The role also involves opening and maintaining accounts, supporting consumer and small business loan processes, and providing information on bank products and services. Universal Bankers are expected to build strong customer relationships, resolve issues promptly, and promote appropriate financial solutions that align with customer needs. The position requires adherence to bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory guidelines while contributing to a positive, team-oriented branch environment.
