• Processes deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions per policy.
• Maintains customer confidentiality and secures information.
• Follows branch security procedures and open/close routines.
• Demonstrates product and service knowledge to customers.
• Provides excellent customer service to all customers and prospects.
• Builds positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Handles complex transactions with sound judgment.
• Adheres to corporate policies and procedures.
• Complies with Bank Secrecy Act/AML/OFAC and Customer Identification procedures.
