• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
• 1+ year of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an associate degree, or 3+ years with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and manufacturing positions.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring leaders to define requirements and priorities.
• Source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and research.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, career alignment, communication skills, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams with objectivity.
• Manage multiple requisitions while tracking pipeline health and activity.
• Support interview coordination, feedback collection, offer development, and onboarding.
