Evlo AI, based in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced full-cycle tech Recruiter to own hiring across engineering, product, data, and GTM teams. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate candidates, and close offers in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will drive sourcing, screening, and candidate experience, shaping our employer brand through compelling postings and proactive outreach while maintaining pipeline health and timely discussions with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing engineering candidates in a competitive market.
• Advanced sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and CRM tools.
• Strong consultative stakeholder management with hiring managers.
• Data fluency: comfortable owning metrics dashboards and funnel decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• Bonus: startup recruiting experience or familiarity with immigration/talent mobility processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle requisitions across software engineering, product, data, and GTM roles — 30–45 day time-to-fill target.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, referrals, GitHub and Stack Overflow.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to translate role requirements into job specs and scorecards.
• Conduct phone screens and debriefs, synthesizing feedback into clear hiring recommendations.
• Own candidate experience: scheduling loops, feedback, and negotiation through close with offers.
• Track and report pipeline metrics weekly to TA leadership.
• Contribute to employer-brand initiatives including job postings and careers-page content.
