PhoenixAI is seeking a skilled Recruiter to scale our team across GTM, R&D, and G&A. This hands-on, full-cycle role partners with hiring managers and senior leadership from intake through offer negotiations, shaping recruiting as we grow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech or B2B SaaS.
• Experience at a Series B startup or similar growth phase.
• Strong sourcing and closing for competitive roles.
• Experience with Rippling ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; scheduling coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building process from scratch.
• Knowledge of data infrastructure a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM, R&D, and G&A from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.
• Build and manage pipelines for competitive roles via sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Recruit technical roles in R&D and field (e.g., Solutions Architect) with technical interviewers to maintain standards.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and candidate experience.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end with timely communication and smooth interviews.
• Lead offer negotiation and close with candidates through acceptance.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to inform strategy.
• Establish and refine scalable recruiting processes, tooling, and documentation.
