Job summary

Evlo AI in Denver, CO is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for software, data, product, and infra roles. You will source passive candidates, screen for technical fit, run structured interviews, and help managers make evidence-based hiring decisions.

The role requires 3–6 years of full-cycle experience, ATS proficiency (Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby), and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including software engineering, data, product or infra talent.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, Boolean search.
• Working knowledge of recruiting concepts across software, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, and ML.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or comparable system.
• Strong stakeholder-management, written communication, prioritization, and offer-closing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: Experience recruiting for high-growth tech, structured interview processes, or recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, evaluation criteria, and timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, professional communities, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, motivation, and alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate structured interview loops using an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby, ensuring timely feedback and clear decision-making.
• Track funnel metrics including sourcing activity, conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and candidate experience.
• Improve recruiting programs, interview training, employer messaging, and inclusive hiring practices as the team scales.
