Job summary

Revivn is seeking a high-impact Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across executive, GTM, operations, and engineering. You will build pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, referrals, and creative outreach, while partnering closely with hiring managers to craft strong descriptions and search strategies.

You will help raise the bar for candidates, ensure a positive experience, and contribute to Revivn’s growth by aligning recruitment with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with agency and in-house background.
• Experience recruiting across a variety of functions and levels.
• You manage a high volume of open roles while keeping hiring managers informed.
• You are proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and an ATS such as Greenhouse.
• You thrive in a growing, changing environment with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting. Manage searches across executive, GTM, operations, facilities, engineering, product, finance, and more.
• Build your own pipeline using LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, referrals, and outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop strong job descriptions and search strategies.
• Be a thought partner to leaders, challenging assumptions and shaping hiring needs.
• Create a great candidate experience and move quickly through the process.
• Raise the hiring bar by identifying candidates with the right skills, mindset, and values.
• Foster a culture of recruiting across the organization with referrals and networks.
