Job summary

OpenArt, a fast-growing AI creative platform, is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle from sourcing to close. You will engage top candidates, conduct screens, manage interview pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to move processes quickly.

You’ll leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to improve sourcing, stay ahead of market trends, and build strong candidate relationships that help win offers in a competitive startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or agency recruiting.
• Strong outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting process.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
• Interested in using AI and new recruiting tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviews through offer negotiation and closing.
• Build strong outbound pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate experience, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview timelines, feedback, and next steps in the ATS.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, prioritize hiring needs, and keep processes moving.
• Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and recruiting efficiency.
• Build strong candidate relationships and help drive competitive offers to close.
