Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for technical and business roles across software, cloud infrastructure, data, product, and GTM teams. You will partner with hiring managers and People Ops to define hiring plans, build pipelines, and deliver a responsive candidate experience as the company scales.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and smooth interview processes across an ATS, with a focus on delivering timely feedback and high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a tech company or a tech recruiting agency.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, data, product, or other technical roles.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, and sourcing tools like Gem or SeekOut.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Highly organized, data‑aware, and able to manage multiple searches and interview processes simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field.
• Bonus: experience recruiting for distributed/remote teams or DEI‑focused sourcing using Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, references, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, scorecards, and hiring timelines.
• Source technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, communities, and targeted outreach.
• Coordinate structured interview processes using an ATS, ensuring timely feedback and consistent communication.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for software, DevOps, cloud, data, product, and corporate roles.
• Track recruiting metrics including funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source quality, and offer acceptance rate.
• Improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience in partnership with people operations.
