Job summary

Tulip Interfaces in Somerville, MA is seeking a recruiter for a 6-month contract to lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, product, data, and commercial roles. You will build diverse pipelines using AI sourcing, manage candidate relationships, and close offers with strategic collaboration from hiring managers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in tech recruiting, a data-driven mindset, and strong experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

3+ to 5+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting experience at a tech company or startup.
Strong data orientation with ability to track results and optimize processes.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads across regions.
Experience recruiting across technical and commercial roles for SaaS/enterprise software.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offers for diverse roles.
Develop tailored strategies and compelling job descriptions with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using AI-powered tools and networks.
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, delivering excellent experience.
Leverage Greenhouse for pipeline integrity and compliant workflows.
Analyze metrics to improve recruiting outcomes and drive data-backed decisions.
Contribute to employer branding and DEI sourcing initiatives.
