HighRadius is seeking a Recruiter (Talent Experience Partner) in Houston to drive the candidate experience from first interaction through day one. You will be the brand ambassador, hunting for A-player talent and managing stakeholder expectations.

As a core member of the People & Culture team, you’ll own requisitions, lead outbound sourcing, conduct initial screenings with Brighthire, coordinate interviews, track metrics in Greenhouse, and guide candidates through offers and preboarding, on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a metrics-driven corporate recruiting role.
• Sales recruiting experience required.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Drive requisition intake process and align with ideal candidate criteria.
• Generate qualified candidate leads through outbound outreach and passive sourcing.
• Manage requisitions, post jobs, and track candidates in Greenhouse (ATS).
• Conduct initial screenings using Brighthire to assess skills and culture fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment analytics and KPIs such as pipeline conversion and time to fill.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements.
• Provide updates on pipelines and progress toward hiring goals.
• Drive adoption of our Interview Framework with real-time coaching.
• Conduct feedback loops with stakeholders to align with talent philosophy.
• Manage offer extension, negotiation, and closure.
• Guide candidates through preboarding for a seamless transition.
