Hunter+Sage in Houston, TX is seeking a strategic North America Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across the region. You will partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs, build proactive pipelines, and shape talent strategies that align with business growth.

The role involves managing multiple requisitions, conducting market research, university partnerships, and delivering a strong candidate experience while collaborating with global Talent Acquisition colleagues.

Formación

• 5–7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, and operational roles.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and pipeline development skills.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across North America from intake to closing.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs, establish hiring priorities, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping across key markets.
• Manage multiple requisitions with a strong candidate experience and regular stakeholder communication.
• Assess recruiting needs and determine when external search partners or agencies may be beneficial.
• Establish and develop university partnerships, internship programs, and early-career recruiting initiatives.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to evaluate hiring effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition colleagues to share best practices and support broader talent initiatives.
