Alliantgroup is seeking a Recruiter in Houston to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will screen resumes, interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and help negotiate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliant, efficient hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to source and build candidate pipelines.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and improve recruiting processes.
