Job summary

Wieland Corporation is seeking a recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with regional leaders to identify industry experts and create targeted sourcing campaigns. The role involves coordinating interviews, assessments, and new hire paperwork, while organizing networking events to support hiring goals.

The recruiter will build strong relationships with regional directors and hiring managers to ensure confidentiality and effective staffing aligned with Wieland’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into the most effective recruiting opportunities to acquire top talent.
• Source candidates through various online tools, universities, referrals, and other creative tools.
• Communications with candidates from initial application through interviews, assessments, and completion of new hire paperwork.
• Conduct and coordinate orientations to newly hired employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Directors and other hiring managers to ensure confidentiality and proper support in hiring goals.
