Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a corporate recruiting setting; or commensurate combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience with ATS Systems
• Experience recruiting for senior leadership and sales roles preferred.
• High standard of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality

• Ability to lead through influence
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Good reasoning abilities and sound judgement

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profiles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and retain talent.
• Ensure hiring aligns with DEI goals.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and social platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future needs.
• Serve as brand advocate for the company’s culture and opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for smooth workflows.
• Conduct initial screenings and provide recommendations to managers.
• Maintain positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Use data to refine recruitment processes and stay compliant with labor laws.
