Job summary

The Wieland Corporation in Lansing, MI seeks a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leaders to identify industry experts and build targeted sourcing campaigns. This role drives the talent strategy and collaborates across the business to meet hiring goals.

You will coordinate interviews, assessments, and new hire paperwork while building strong relationships with regional directors to ensure confidential, effective hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into the most effective recruiting opportunities to acquire top talent.
• Source candidates through various online tools, universities, referrals, and other creative tools.
• Communications with candidates from initial application through interviews, assessments, and completion of new hire paperwork.
• Conduct and coordinate orientations to newly hired employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Directors and other hiring managers to ensure confidentiality and proper support in hiring goals.
