This role oversees sourcing, interviewing, offers, and process optimization, building strong internal and external relationships, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while adhering to labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in corporate recruiting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Recruiting for senior leadership and sales roles preferred.
• Maintains professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source top talent.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and social platforms.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screenings, interviews, offers.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and analyze recruiting metrics.
• Ensure DEI-aligned hiring practices and compliance with laws.
