Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on openings, budgets and vacancy priority.
• Manage ATS and ensure hiring practices comply with laws.
• Maintain recruitment documents and activities with proper codes.
• Collaborate with HR/TA to attract diverse candidates by location.
• Manage full life cycle: screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
