You will manage staffing needs, build strong relationships with MU leaders, and partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and success factors. You will proactively source top talent, manage end-to-end recruiting, and ensure timely presentations of qualified candidates while maintaining compliance and high candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships with market unit leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy for assigned Market Unit.
• Manage client activities within region and build candidate pipelines.
• Source active and passive candidates via multiple channels; manage offers.
