Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Service, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to support sourcing and selection for hourly and salaried positions. This role ensures that effective strategies are in place to meet the organization's hiring needs.

The recruiter will partner with hiring managers, manage full life cycle recruiting, utilize ATS, and develop sourcing plans to build a diverse candidate bench. A hybrid work environment with occasional travel is typical.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of Full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, handling salaried and hourly roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Partner with hiring managers to review and clarify job specifications, required skills, and understand business operations.
• Develop recruiting strategies to fill staffing needs.
• Partner with HR Managers to ensure execution of companywide policies and programs pertaining to recruitment and provide general assistance as needed in adherence to state and federal regulatory laws.
• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process: locate candidates, screen & interview candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate items related to recruitment scheduling, utilize Company applicant tracking software, extend verbal offers.
• Engage the recruitment technology for the job posting process and maximize system capabilities within standard processes.
• Develop sourcing plans specific to each job opportunity within designated locations and build a bench of diverse talent.
• Utilize proactive recruiting techniques, develop industry contacts, and select qualified individuals who will provide added value to the department, business objectives, and the Company.
