Job summary

Toray Advanced Composites is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter (Temporary) to lead the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple locations. You will source candidates creatively and implement staffing strategies to provide a positive candidate experience while partnering with departments on hiring, onboarding, and retention.

You will manage day-to-day recruiting efforts, collaborate with hiring managers to craft effective strategies, create/update job descriptions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years related experience sourcing and/or recruiting candidates.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience sourcing Manufacturing and Operations roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations and manage day-to-day recruiting efforts.
• Partner with managers to understand business needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
• Capture job requirements during intake meetings and update job descriptions as needed.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline using sourcing techniques and networking.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create branding materials and strategy.
• Negotiate competitive offers and extend with finalized packages.
