Job summary

Umicore Market Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist on a fixed-term contract (3–6 months). You will manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or international settings.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional and specialist roles.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and specialist roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams.
• Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
