Encore Fire Protection, the east coast's largest full-service fire protection company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Needham, MA. You will own full-cycle recruiting for field and corporate roles, maintain candidate experience, and partner with leaders to meet short-term and long-term hiring goals.

In a private equity-backed, fast-moving environment, you will manage high-volume pipelines, develop job descriptions, and support onboarding with the Talent, Culture, and People team.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced or growth environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Passion for finding great talent and representing the company brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of field and corporate roles.
• Maintain ATS and coordinate communications with vendors.
• Engage with executives and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
• Develop and update job descriptions reflecting culture and business needs.
• Observe interviews to identify process improvements and onboarding support.
