Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS, software, or technology environment preferred.
• Proven passive sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines for varied roles.
• Sound judgment in assessing role-specific competencies and advising hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Commercial, Customer Success, Product & Engineering, and G&A, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and design structured interviews and scorecards.
• Build targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach and engagement of passive talent.
• Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation trends, hiring feasibility, and market conditions.
• Own candidate communication and experience throughout the interview and offer process.
• Analyze pipeline data to identify risks and recommend actions.
• Improve recruiting workflows and assessment practices based on outcomes and feedback.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues to maintain hiring standards and share practices.
• Balance competing requisitions and adjust strategies as priorities change.
